What page of Google am I on? – SERP SEO TOOL

SERP SEO TOOL

An invaluable business tool which as the name suggests, finds which page in Google Search results a particular site is based on specific keywords.
Previously known as “What Page of Google Am I On?”, What Page of Search Am I On is a free SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tool and rank tracker for webmasters to determine on what Google search results page their site is listed for a given query.
Let’s say you’re an online retailer. You want to know how deep people have to dig to find your site when searching for specific keywords and how some of those keywords compare to others. Obviously, the less they have to dig, the better your SEO and the more money you can make.
Let’s also say that you sell propane and propane accessories. Your website is propanetownville.com. You put propane accessories into the keyword(s) box, propanetownville.com into the URL box, and click the search button. If none of the first page of 10 results links to your site, the next 10 are queried, and so on and so on until your listing is found or the results are exhausted.
Repeat to your heart’s content!
On “Accuracy”
Google weights the results it returns to you in a number of ways, the most important of them being location.
If you search for “dentists,” you’ll likely be greeted by the sites and listings of dentists in your city. This is because, even if you’re not logged in, your IP address can be geolocated and (roughly) figured out. So, even if it is a little freaky they kind of know where you are, the results are more relevant to you.
In short, 100% accuracy is unattainable, and, more importantly, a moving target. What’s accurate for you isn’t for everyone else!
Considerations
* No variables are sent to Google other than the query and starting integer.
* You can save and share the results of your WPoSAIO query by copying the resultant URL after the form submits. Perfect for sharing your findings with a colleague or bookmarking for later.
* Results for specific keyword(s) and international domains are cached for 24 hours. It’s unlikely that your rank will change in that short a timespan, but it’s something to consider.
I’ve tried a number of these in the past with varying success. The interface of this one actually scans through each page enabling you to see the search, and result, in real-time which is quite interesting. Speed for me was quite good too. What Page of Google Am I On
